This is an informational site. It has no accounts, no logins, no forms and no transactions.

Nothing published here is an offer capable of acceptance. Prices, packages and descriptions shown on the site are indicative, and any work we do together is agreed separately in writing.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only.

Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with how it runs, introduce malicious code, or copy its content or code for reuse elsewhere.

LoopSmiths designs, builds and operates software, AI systems, automation and integrations for businesses, and runs a productised automation service for Australian trade businesses.

The specifics of any engagement, including scope, deliverables, fees, payment arrangements, timelines, support, ownership and licensing, are set out in the written agreement or proposal for that engagement. Where this website and that agreement differ, the agreement applies.

We also build and operate our own software ventures. Those are separate products with their own terms.

Enquiries reach us by email, and we will reply to arrange a conversation if there is something worth talking about.

Sending an enquiry, or having an initial consultation, does not create a contract between us and puts you under no obligation.

The content, design, text, graphics and code of this website are owned by or licensed to Tenacity Group Pty Ltd, trading as LoopSmiths. Please do not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our permission.

Who owns what in a client project, and what rights each party has to use it, is dealt with in the agreement for that project rather than here.

Third-party product names, logos and trade marks shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify those products.

Showing them does not mean we are partnered with, sponsored by, endorsed by or certified by those companies.

Where we link out, we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

This website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. It may be unavailable at times, for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to it.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided as is, and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
