Questions people ask before they get in touch.
The questions we are asked most often, with the answers we give.
LoopSmiths is an Australian AI venture studio. We build and run the technology behind Australian trade businesses as a done-for-you service, and we start, build and operate software ventures of our own.
Custom software and platforms, AI systems and agents, workflow automation, integrations between the tools you already use, and the operational reporting on top. If it is the kind of work that is currently done by hand or spread across five tools, it is the kind of thing we build.
The service is work we do for you: we run your lead-to-booking system and you see the results. The ventures are companies we own and operate ourselves. They are not client work and they are not for sale as a service.
QuoteSmiths is live and trading today, a take-off and estimating platform for Australian modular construction. A second venture, The Concept Realty, is in development.
It turns a building plan into a costed, buildable bill of materials. Vision AI reads the drawing and a deterministic rules engine does the maths, so every quantity traces back to the rule that produced it rather than being generated by a model.
We build, run and fine-tune a system that answers every enquiry, follows up every quote, books jobs and collects reviews for you, so you win more work without touching a thing. Nothing to install and no new app to learn.
Nothing to install and no new app to learn. We connect to your existing phone number, calendar and inbox and run quietly in the background.
It depends on what you are asking for. The productised automation service for trades goes live quickly; a platform or custom build is scoped first, and we tell you the timeline in the proposal rather than guessing at it here.
We monitor your automation, report monthly on leads in, response times and jobs booked, and keep refining the flows. The people who built your system are the people who run it, so there is no handover to someone new.
LoopSmiths is Australian-based and remote-first, serving trade businesses Australia-wide.
